Nicole is a senior HR Professional with 15+ experience and a strong interest in fast growing small to medium size organizations and start-ups. Nicole started Passion & Sparkle with the main purpose of bringing like minded women together that share similar goals in hopes that they will motivate and inspire each other. She has always had a passion to help other women grow, develop and rise to their potential, and is excited to embark on this journey with the Passion & Sparkle Community.
June Dias-Simpson
June epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. She is proud to have earned the title as trusted advisor. Credibility and trust have solidified several genuine long lasting business relationships and successful sales transactions over the years.
Throughout her 20+ years sales career she has helped her clients build long term strategic plans including making one of their biggest investments in their lives seamless.

Michelle Campbell
Michelle is a licensed Mortgage Broker with Canada’s largest National Mortgage Company, the DLC Group of Companies. She is also the Founder and CEO of Mortgage District Inc. Throughout her 20-year tenure, she has built a reputation as a high-quality Mortgage Professional dedicated to providing superior customer service. Michelle thrives on helping others reach their full potential by identifying challenges and creating a plan to fulfill their goals through mentorship. She sits on the Ontario Chapter for Mortgage Professionals Canada and is a member of 100 Brokers Who Care. She was recognized as a Women of Influence in the mortgage industry as well as the Best in the Business by CMP magazine. Most recently, Michelle was the recipient of the Mortgage Awards of Excellence Best New Broker Owner as well as the recipient of the 2020 Consumer Choice Award Business Excellence.
Alessandra Carvalho
Alessandra has 15 years experience in the beauty industry and is committed to the highest standards of professionalism. Certified and educated in all her services, she is passionate about making every client feel confident and beautiful. Alessandra is always upgrading her skills, education and product knowledge to ensure she is providing each of her clients with the best service possible. The reason she chose to take a lead position with Passion and Sparkle is because she loves supporting women and seeing them succeed in both their personal and professional goals.
Isabel Da Silva
Isabel is a registered dental hygienist and owner of Healthy Smile Dental Hygiene. She graduated from dental hygiene in 2013 and has worked in various dental settings since then. In addition she also has been fortunate enough to have taught dental hygiene for 5 years along with holding a dental hygiene coordinator position. Isabel loves to learn and since graduating in 2013, she has obtained a teaching to adult certificate and started her degree. Isabel is a mommy to three beautiful children and loves spending all her free time with them and taking family trips often. She loves volunteering and community engagement and is so excited for her future with Passion and Sparkle.
Krystle Mitchell-Bryson
Krystle is 9 years into the real estate business with a deep understanding of a client’s needs. She has the luxury of caring about people and the world they come from every day. Alongside her team, Mitchell Saldanha Real Estate Team they have achieved the status of being the top 1% of Royal LePage Realtors in Canada and Krystle received the Royal LePage Red Diamond Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019 as well as Royal LePage top 35 under 35 for 2018. In her spare time, she’s looking for new ways to experience life, and there’s no better way to do that than by travelling to exciting places and being with her husband, beautiful 6 year-old son, and 3 year old twin boys. Krystle is looking forward to helping you, your family and friends find their dream home.
Amanda Colabufalo
Amanda is the founder of The Mindful Mama Co. She is a Full Spectrum Doula (Fertility, Birth and Postpartum) Childbirth and Breastfeeding Educator and Reiki Practitioner. She is extremely passionate about health at every size, mindfulness, and her goals as a Doula are to make women aware of their capabilities and what our bodies are naturally made to do. She believes women are strong and fierce and hopes to help empower and support them through their journey. As a Child and Youth Worker, her lifelong passion has been working with babies, children, and youth. She has recently decided to add Kids Yoga Training and Mommy & Me fitness to her portfolio. Amanda is an active member within her community, always welcomes the opportunity to network and is looking forward to connecting with like minded professionals through Passion & Sparkle.
Margaret Fury
Margaret is the owner of two Orange Theory Fitness locations in Brampton. Heart-rate based interval training in a fun and energizing group environment. Burn calories after your workout! That is the Orange Effect!
Margaret is a leader that lives and breathes her brand. She walks the talk. When you walk into Orange Theory, you are just as likely to find her working out alongside her members, sitting next to her staff at reception speaking to members or opening the doors at 5am. She leads her team by example and empowers each of them to do what they do best. Margaret has created an environment that is welcoming, inspiring, motivating and comforting, for both her staff and members. A true community where everyone really does know your name.
Margaret believes that the success of a business owner depends in large part on their support system, which includes a strong community of other entrepreneurs. She is looking forward to connecting with other leaders through the Passion & Sparkle community.
Zainab Williams
Zainab Williams embarked on a financial journey that required years of hard work and dedication towards rebuilding her financial foundation after experiencing financial setback. Through her extensive experience in the corporate world, whereby she managed projects for major brand names and also managed Corporate lines of credit, Zainab felt that women were not included in the financial narrative. As a result, she launched Elleverity, an independent wealth management firm whose focus is on understanding women’s unique money stories. At Elleverity, we aim to build the most achievable and personalized financial plans for busy women, their families and their businesses so that they can live a work-optional lifestyle. As an independent firm, Elleverity is not influenced by outside sources to offer products and services, they offer guidance by developing a much higher level of personal expertise and financial knowledge. In addition, Zainab is passionate about community development and ending human trafficking, she volunteers with multiple organizations and is a member of BPW an organization that advocates for improving the economic, political and social conditions of women..
