The Passion & Sparkle community came together with one clear vision; to create a supportive community of women that share dreams, goals and values. With a collective group of strengths and talents, the dream was to provide an opportunity for all to inspire each other’s creativity and drive success. To support both aspiring and established women leaders in their journey to grow personally and professionally. We created a calendar of quality events to enhance your knowledge, skills and competences.

Like many other entrepreneurs and businesses, we started the year with goals and dreams for an exciting and successful 2020. With smiles on our face and future filled with hope, we shared your disappointment when faced with the decision to cancel or postpone events as many of you all had to do along with other very difficult decisions (laying off employees or closing your doors). These first few weeks of our "new normal" have likely come with a lot of emotion and challenges for both your personal and professional lives. There are still so many questions for what the future (short and long term) holds. But what has not changed is we are still all in this together. You are still surrounded by a strong community of women that are sharing the same goals, challenges and want to help you celebrate your wins and achievements. The Passion & Sparkle community, like every other business, has been working to figure out how to pivot our focus and support you all.
